My Story...
My name is Randy Smith and I am the proud Owner and President of the remodeling company Quality Remodeling, Inc. When my wife Karen, daughter, son, and I came to North Georgia from Southern California in 1993, we were so impressed with the beauty of the area and the people that we decided to make Georgia our home.
I have been in the construction business since I was 13 years old. I have always had a passion for building and I started my own company building custom homes in Orange County, California at the age of 23. When we moved to the Atlanta area, I worked for a local builder and other remodeling contractors for 2 years before I started up Quality Remodeling, Inc. in 1995.
In recent years as the building industry along with the economy have slowed down, I started looking at other avenues to use my experience and construction knowledge. I have found that more Homeowner's are opting to stay in their homes and make energy efficient improvements to not only to add beauty and value to their home, but to also cut energy costs. I have visited a variety of window, door, siding and roofing manufacturers and have found suppliers who share my interest in making your home more valuable and energy efficient.
I am a very hardworking individual and I take great pride in each project I complete from replacing one window to a complete exterior makeover . I learned early on from my grandfather that "a man is no better than his word," and I try to live my life and run my business with honesty and integrity. I will always try to give clients my best advice and guidance.I truley believe in my motto that: "QUALITY IS THE BOTTOM LINE."
